Victor Lopez

Victor M. Lopez is an experienced Residential and Commercial Real Estate Broker with an extensive and successful history of managing relationships and executing transactions for real estate investors, out of state investors and local clients. After graduating from UIC with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree, Victor worked as a Project Manager for various Architecture firms and worked on many high profile projects locally, nationally and internationally ranging from commercial, retail, healthcare, hospitality, educational, institutional, restaurants, residential and porches. Victor has 15 years of apartment marketing and renting skills, commercial leasing skills, residential sales, commercial property financial analysis generating skills where he has developed a comprehensive financial disclosure for his commercial multi-family apartment sales for multi-tenant real estate investors and property owners. 

 

He works with his clients through all facets of the lease, purchase and disposition process from full-market analysis, to negotiation and execution. 

 

Victor is proficient in all facets of rental leasing, commercial leasing, commercial sales process, from development of a comprehensive commercial financial disclosure, marketing plan, prospecting to lease negotiation and execution. His practical and strategic management of client assets consistently leads to overall increases in her clients' portfolio returns.
